How do I find out what build my game is?

it will say in the bottom right hand corner when your in the main menu after clicking start

thanks and one more question, when I try to download service pack one for ts2009 it says this"This patch file is not applicable to your current installation version.
(Build hash: 0fa7afa5ba80f8f6b13df2b6547e3ce2)" What does that mean?
