Is it possible to get Trainz ANE now instead of waiting for the release date?

I go on Youtube and loads of people are playing it.

I don't get it.

What website can you get TANE from right now without a release waiting time?

Trainz Tane official release is may 15. What you see in you tube is the tane ce version not the release version.
