The first question here is: what are your computer specifications?

If you are not sure, see my tutorial website for my System Information utility (PC Information Application).

You are correct - that does look like my utility being helpful (or trying to anyway).

Based on the results:

Memory is OK

The graphics card looks like it's only got 256MB of it's own memory, which may cause choppiness if it has to borrow any from the main system.

Also the processor looks like it's not running at full speed. As stated by my program, this can happen if the power management settings are set to conserve battery life rather than give performance.

Also, your graphics card drivers are out of date - last year to be precise. Use http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us to find the correct drivers for your machine.

Also, it may be worth checking if your DirectX is up to date - see my sticky thread in this forum for advice on that.

How to change the processor speed will depend on whether your system is a laptop or desktop.

As for the graphics card, try the link I posted to update the drivers on it.

OK - usually, you will need to look for a Power Options or similar in the Control Panel.

Inside there should be an option to change which power plan it's using.
