Trainz 2009 DownLoad

I was one of first ones, i'm guessing of a thousand or more to pre-order ts2009 before it was released. I got it as a download and backed it up or so I thought I did on a disk. I can verify that I had purchased 2009 because there is a serial number for the game on file at Planet Auran. The reason I mention all of this is that my game installed on my computer somehow became corrupted and for the life of me I cannot find the backup of the download. Seeing how I have a legal serial number on file is there any way I can get the download link to ts2009.. I do not need a new serial just the game download.:'(

Go to "order HIstory" - you will see a download link there.

If there is nothing in your order history then contact the helpdesk, no one on the forum is going to be able to fix that problem.

If you bought it in a shop then its not going to be in your order history. Thats only for downloaded purchases . Are you saying that you have lost the disc? If thats the case then you should be able to find another copy online quite cheaply

As you have 10 & 12 ... losing 09 should not be that great big of a heartbreak ... 10 is better than 09 ... and 12 is even better.

Usually after a person upgrades to 10, they never even think of loading the 09 game.

A person with 12, might revert back to loading 10, for compatability mode.

And a person with 10, 12 might revert to loading 04, 06 because low end PC's can use 04, 06

That error basically means that your disc is dirty/damaged.

You will only be able to download it if you have purchased a digital download version.

If you are very lucky, Helpdesk may be able to assist you, but I've a feeling that unless the damage/dirtiness can be corrected, it will involve another purchase.

Had a similar problem a few years ago with TRS2004. To get it to install I copied my original disk to a new DVD and it installed from the new one ok.
Might be worth a try.

Could also just copy the DVD to your hard drive and run the installer from there, often works. May be the disk or the DVD drive needs cleaning.

Just go ahead to Amazon and pick it up for $5.00 like I did. You will not regret paying for it or using it!
