That's strange. There normally is one.
OK, I have found the driver download for you. Before I give you the link, I need to check something and also get you to do a system restore point.
To do this:
1.ClicK Start.
2.Select All Programs.
3.Select Accessories.
4.Select System Tools.
5.Click System Restore.
6.Click 'Create a restore point' then click Next.
7.Enter a name you will be able to remember if you have to use the restore point, then click Next.
8.When it is done, click Close.
I also need to check: is your system a desktop or laptop?

I Can Now Launch The Content Manager But Downloads Are Awfully Slow

That's normal - only cure to that is a FCT (the speed limit is 4kb/s for free accounts)

Yes - that is the only way of getting much above 4KB/s.
