Hi,

I Have Just Purchased Trainz And Installed It But Content Manager Throws A Crash At Me. Could Anyone Advise Me How To Fix It?

Many Thanks

We need a bit more info.

If you can, post your system specs (including Operating System). What build number are you using (bottom right of Launcher) - a patch is likely to be needed.

need more info like shane said

use trainzutil and have a look at the warning (if any) and tell us them and we'll see what we can do :)

Normally, OpenGL is not a seperate download. If your graphics card does not have OpenGL drivers, we will need the name of it.

That sounds like a processor.

To check the graphics card, you will need to do the following:
1.Right-click your Trainz shortcut on the desktop.
2.Depending on your operating system, click Open File Location (if available) or Properties. If you click Properties, click Find Target (it's on the Shortcut tab)
3.Double-click the Bin folder.
4.Double-click TrainzDiag.

Once that is done, it will tell you what your graphics card is.

Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV something like that

Ah - one of them. I normally avoid most intel graphics cards as they are not very powerful.

Meanwhile, did TrainzDiag report any warnings?

Now we're getting somewhere. Right-click My Computer and choose Properties. On the box that appears, it should have the words 'Service Pack' followed by a number. What's that number (1,1a,2 or 3)
