I just downloaded the beta version unzipped the file but setup fails to run. Does anyone have any ideas why this is?

I have also installed the beta today and I found that the computer treats the installer like it is not responding, but it does work, so my advice is to leave it for half an hour or so, and it should work perfectly.

Already did: No effect.
As I said, it only looked like it was not responding.
