Well, in that case, maybe it is just typical N3V lack of concern for those who have already paid for a service, and failure to be proactive in preventing "crashing" of the system, when there is an expected influx of enormous usage (All the TS2010 users rushing to upload/download before the Sept. 1 Deadline).
Either way, N3V are performing below expected standards, and anyone who thinks the future will be any different just because of a new software "game engine" are sadly delusional.
--Gotta have confidence in a company that allows it's forum representatives to hand out infractions to people defending the "trainz franchise" from liability, while "protecting and defending" those that would steal trademark logos, so they can feel important with their 3rd party repaint sites.
