Trainz 2006's camera is jumpy!

Hello everyone. I have had no problem's with Trainz before, but now I am having a small issue.

Every time I move the camera over a piece of terrain that has hils and what not the camera keeps jumping around. I also keep seeing this brown screen in a second as well.

I have often had cameras jump to new locations when moving them after splitting routes and adding boards and /or merging routes together.
The only solution I have found so far is to deleted and replace the camera instead of attempting to move them
