Trainz 2006 Water Tower Glitch?

It seems that all the water tanks (industry) i have continue to run there animation and sound cycle and wont fill my locomotive tenders!
I run windows 7. please assist in fixing this

Is the tender stopping near the tower, and has the tower got enough/produce enough water to fill the tender.

Thats the issue, the water tower properties show a blank while it still says industrial, im using Prowler901's water tower from his steammachine website

What happens when you put one down, then r/click on it. From there you should be able to configure it, if not check it in cmp to see what's wrong.

Prowlers D&RGW watertank is interactive kuid 2:43955:28000:1, the watertank-old is not.

What kuid number. You can tell if they're interactive by looking at the config in cm.
Just got your drift on the industrial bit. They're not all interactive, some are buildings/scenery only so the edit properties box is blank.
