Trainz 2006 Content Manager wont even start

Hello,
My content manager on Trainz 2006 (running on w.7.) WILL NOT START. Any time I try to start it: -On the launcher screen-It just gives me a quick 'busy' mouse cursor then does nothing; On the folder for *Trainz 2006, BIN* it does nothing but make a notepad below that says*ContentManager.log*, i open it and it says *copyright stuff...

Trainz and CM needs to be run 'as administrator' in Win7. You need to go into the bin folder, right click on each of the *.exe (executable) files and from the menu that you get select 'Run as administrator'.

Try that for a start and let us know how you get on

2006 requires a robust OpenGL installation to work properly, have you updated your Graphics drivers lately?

I Tried run as admin and i have direct x 10.1

If you PM me I will try to help ... I have posted the many fix's needed to get TRS2006 running ... I can help you get it running.

Tomorrow will be hectic, as today was absolute hell ! The Township plasterd my 2 of 3 cars windshields with towing, abandoned stickers, sitting on my own property, what are they doing on my own private property, saying they will tow cars off of my private property ? (Illeagal search and seizure).

So today I emptied my garage and rolled the 1980 Malibu into the cleaned out garage ... now my property is full of garage poop, where the Malibu sits.

Tomorrow I will be sorting through the garage poopy, and thowing out junk.

So in breaks, I will be in the house, so anyone can PM me with questions.

I am busily working on my long delayed Horseshoe route ... and now all this un-need aggrivation of towing cars off my property ... as if I needed this ... in this hot weather ...

Hi, I'm having the same problem, but only it's happening on Trainz 12. And the exact same thing happens, it shows a loading Icon, then Trainz 12 closes, nothing else. And when I right click on the program to "run as administrator" theres no button for that, yet there is one for my old Train Simulater.:'(

I'm sure you'll receive all the help you need, but you need to register your game first.
