Trainz 12 sounds awesome!

Wonderfully Old Fashioned
Well, I've found out about Trainz 12 from Amazon and YouTube, and it looks much better than 2006!
Reasons why I think it's better.
  • Tree's aren't "Frozen" in time, they actually sway like real life
  • Southeren China=Chinese Locomotives! COOL!(Expecting steam engines as China still uses Steam engines to this day due to plentiful supply of coal and to ease traffic congestion)
  • New Trainz, think I saw Amtrak Acela! Coolest Amtrak train by far!
  • If Content Manager dosen't work, I have a second chance, the DLS, I won't make a registery mistake again
  • If Content Manager DOES work, cool Content to get! PROPER trainz experiene!(I like Iron Duke, which is a old fashioned Broad Gauge locomtoive)
  • No more reasons, too many to say why I LOOOOVE it!

I suggest you look through Maintenance of Way - Support / TS12 before rendering a final decision about the product. You can learn from there how to optimally set up the software to suit your hardware capabilities.

-Where can this be found? For the first time ever, since patching to SP1, I hate Trainz. I would like to resolve this to see if its the program or my computer.

I gotta say that I was really happy with Mojave. At first it was a hassle becuase I'd purchased an older version and only now got a faster computer. But the scenery is a step above MSTS's version, and the trains handle so much better. I'd like a little more control over airbrakes (key entry) but I just have to be careful and not over-apply.

So far I've only played Techachapi, but am looking forward to trying some of the other good locations. Should be fun.

The best place to check is my TS12 SP1 Bugs thread, which is in the TS12 subforum on the main index.
