Trainz 12 + PRR T1

anyone knows if it is possible to get a boxed TS12 + PRR T1 digital download?
seems that only digital download is available.

I believe you would have to buy a boxed version of 12, then download the T1 DLC separately. None of the DLC's are made available as boxed versions to the best of my knowledge.

Yea. You're goinna have to make a back-up folder for payware content.

what I really want is a boxed TS12 and any add-ons as digital download.
I see a nice promotion ts12 + 3 add-ons but all together are digital download, wow! a nice deal for 50 bucks.
