Does anyone knows what kind of loco this is ?

The story is that indian farmers got a train after struggeling by court about a piece of land that the Railway company wanted. They promissed the farmers mony but did'nt give it . So the court decided that the company had to give the farmers a train.

Note that they just put a random picture of an Indian train with the article. They actually did not get a train yet as the railroad has some time to still pay the farmers before they get one.
