I remember asking the same question when I bought 19. Although I think I used a few more words to describe what I was asking about.
I don't have 22, but in 19 when creating or editing a session, you need to add the "Startup Options" rule to your session rules to get the clock in the upper right corner of the screen to work.
You can stick with the default options or edit the rule to use custom options.
