Traffic Toggle

I have not managed to `Toggle` traffic `ON` in 2009. What have I not done ?

The British Region is missing in TRS 2009!. To get a British region clone and rename the Aussie one (cos they drive on the left) and edit your routes config.txt file to use the new region. You can edit the cloned region file in CCP to change the Latitude/Longitude and the carz on the roads to suit you location and period.
