Track Defect Detector audio

I have a Sherman Hill Route and a new session, and the Track defect detector sounds off about every 10 seconds. Is there any way to kill the audio on that detector, or remove it altogether?

Yes , where there is a hay, there will always be a way.

Just open your content manager, delete the asset you are saying above TRACK DEFECT DETECTOR. Now open your route in trainz surveyor, nicely delete MISSING ASSETS and save your route.
You will get the FUDGE.

I was a little hesitant to modify the route, so I went into CMP and under detectors I saw a UPRR Dragging Equipment detector listed. The non-stop audio always mentioned UP, so I deleted both entries. Sound is gone!!!!!!!!!!!:wave:

After I did that , I remember seeing an update to the DED, so I re downloaded the Detector and now the update didn't show, so I must have had an older version which was causing the problem.
