track bulk asset replacement problem

I have downloaded a route from a third party site and replaced the original poor condition track with a another which has a config file track condition setting of 75%. The replacement track, however, seems to somehow have inherited the condition of the replaced track - something I have never experienced on previous occasions when I have done this.

If I replace the track manually, then the 75% track condition prevails.

Any info on how this has come about?

If you are using TRS22PE then double click on a track segment to select all the track from junction to junction (or from junction to end-of-line or break-of-track). Then set the Condition Setting in the Tool Options Palette to the required value. This will set the condition for all the selected track segments.
