TR 2010 latest patch

Ive tried several times to install this patch but it hangs about halfway through (according to the progress bar) every time.
Im patching from build 42203 on a windows 7 machine as an administrator. Anyone else having this problem?

I downloaded the patch and am installing locally from my hard drive though I have tried a direct install from the forum link, again without success.

The patch to 43434 makes changes to the program but then goes thru mose ot the kuids on your hard drive to make updates and takes a L-O-N-G time.

Thanks for that. It would be nice if SOMEONE at auran had the common sense to warn us of that wouldn't it?

Recommend running the patch and just leave your PC alone for a minimum of 90 minutes... then come back to it.

The fun really begins here with the database repairs/refresh.

My process from start to finish took an inordinate amount of time... but that initial frustration ended up being well worth it.

That's just my account... for others it has gone smoothly, for others it has been tedious.
