Totally un-possibe screenies

The span / gantries are "UK Custom Span" and the wires are "UK Custom Span Arm". They're on the DLS but check the person#s username as there's a whole UK catenary kit available.

:o Silly me, i meant the little wire "things" running parallel to the platforms, on the brick edge ?

Sorry for being a pain,

'Hey! I think I can see Alastair!!'

Scary stuff  reminds me of a dewirement at Beamish museum - the driver of the open top double decker I was on was hurtling along (IMO quite a bit too fast) when PANG I look up and the trolleypole's swinging around towards me after whacking a pylon (I'm standing up) . I doubt it would have hit me but it certainly frightened the life out of me. It was all caught on video as well, I'll try and get it transferred over from good old VHS :)

P.S I got bored and reskinned Trainz Asset Creation Studio

I didn't notice until now that the pole is actually still in position, although the tram underneath probably isn't going very far any time soon ;)

I've noticed they go quick at Beamish too - the limiting factor is the pole (as demonstrated), meaning that the trams fitted with a bow collector can go much faster. :)

It’s amazing what comes out of a rabbit hole

"GAH, Joe! get on the floor now!"
"what about the passengers?!"
"Forget them now! they'll figure it out when they see a stone bridge flying at them!" I couldn't help it, it was too tempting.
Cheers, Sean

"Uhh, honey, do you feel the tempation we are being followed?"
"no, why?"
"well, it's mightly explained with that truck hovering above us..."
