Hello Rich Blake (aka slugsmasher)!
First of all, thank you for showing me on your website how to get the MLOG dump working and how to adjust spline height. Without this advice it may even now be a boring, small route.
I have been making my own logging and mining route for TRS2006 over the Chirstmas Holidays and it includes trees, goldmines, coal mines, houses, churches, a sawmill, log dumps, logging camps and more. There are three track gauges on this route; 24in, 36in and standard gauge. The 24 in gauge route includes two crossing loops as well. Standard gauge trains are run by the CNR. There will be lots of interesting things to do on this route.
Look for my route on Trainz Pro Routes, I will tell you when it is done!

Screenshot Problem

Hello Rich Blake,
I have tried getting screenshots of locomotives and rollingstock in Railyard of TRS2006 by pressing PRINT SCREEN and pasting the image into Paint, but all I get is a black screen. Could you please show me how to take screenshots of Trainz?

You can only do printscreen while in Surveyor or Driver. The picture file will be stored in the TRS2006\Screenshots folder. You'll need a graphics program that can handle graphics files that are in .tga format.

Programs that can open .tga files

Hello,
Does anyone have any examples of programs that will open .tga files?
Also, can .tga files be converted to other file types?

GIMP can handle .tga files as well as most other image formats, and is free. And yes it can save .tga files as jpegs, bitmaps, or whatever.

IrFanView can open a .tga file and convert it to another type and it's a free download. I use it quite often.

Here it is again, the route called

Hello everyone who has been waiting for my route for a while!
The route, which I called TOREN'S LUMBER COMPANY will soon be available for download on Trainz Pro Routes. I am still testing the route to see if it needs fixing up and changes to it.
WARNING: This route will only be avaliable on Trainz Pro Routes. If you search for Toren's Lumber Company on the DLS you won't find anything at all.
