Tons of Auran News emails

I have just trashed the NINTH identical email from Auran News. It is bad enough filtering out all the crud that hits my inbox without having to filter out emails about the same thing. I talked to the helpdesk and I was told it was "fixed". This is NOT the case. I just got four more today.

The helpdesk page, at the moment, has been sitting at "waiting for www.auran.com" for over 10 minutes. This is the norm.

Please moderator, when you see this, pass it to the helpdesk (again).

My suggestion is this: Put a checkbox in our Profile that lets us get, or not get, advertising from Auran.

You can already subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletters in your profile.

My inbox was flooded too last night, i've been told its just a once off glitch.

You can try to unsubscribe. According to my profile I am only subscribed to the Trainz newsletter, but I keep on getting the games one as well.

Can you advise me which email address? The one in the profile? I'll try and get them stopped.
