Today can someone please help me...
I have been installing this ts12 digital download for 2 days now. I have read posts on what to do and still nothing. Is there anyway i can get my money back and get the boxed version. it starts to install and after 1min is says files are corrupted. this to me is crazee i have done everything ran with administration evrythiing and downloaded thru progarm that everyone else is using. and still dont understand what i am doing wrong. This is so frustrating to buy something and it doesnt work i have read soooo many posts and nothing is working...here is what i downloaded in this order

set up-1a(5)
set up-1b(1)
set up- 2a
set up -2b
set up - 3a

that is exactly what it is saying .... in my dl folder....:'( Can i get some help please .......

sound like a file is bad, you need a download manger to get the files...
there are free d/l mangers out there,,, sound like that you problems,, there a few files that are bad

i treid using the free download manager thats how i downloaded the file...

The basic gist of downloading a digital download is to download all the files mentioned on the relevant page into one folder.

From what I have seen, N3V recommends Free Download Manager (FDM).

I have found though that if the download manager is set to download files in more than one chunk, it can cause that issue.

i have attempetd to download all files to the dl file on my computer thru fdm but when i install its still saying corrupt files is there a setting or something on fdm that need to be changed i am just not getting it..

The settings to check is how many connections it has to the server (should be 1 or possibly 2), and how many chunks it splits each file into - the second one should be set to 1 for the most reliable download.

is this part of the network settings because if so it says maximum number of connections 60
maximum number of connections per on server 12
maximum number of running downlaods 5

Sounds about right - you may need to drop 'maximum number of connections per on server' to 5, and 'maximum number of running downlaods' to 1 (for the digital download, anyway)

Operating System. Windows XP, or Windows 7? I don't know much about this, but Windows 7 will sometimes cause problems with permissions.

Ok so basically this will all have to be downloaded all over again... also when i download its saying file cannot be opened that password is incorrect when i download can that be causing files to be corrupt also

Craig: Normally the digital download works OK for most people. However, you do run the risk of file(s) becoming corrupted as probably happened in your case. Personally, I prefer the boxed version of any program in the event a re-install is required. If you need further assistance let us know (in a new post).

Just for future reference, those highlighted parts of the filenames might also be a problem. setup-1a(5).bin should be setup-1a.bin; because they are different filenames, the installer may not be recognizing those files correctly. It looks like you downloaded or retried to download the setup-1a.bin file 5 times and the setup-1b.bin file once.
