Tidewater Point Rail In TS12

I was wondering if it is safe to download TPR's Tidewater Point Rail Route in TS12. I was hoping that there are no errors, very few missing dependencies (if there are some, they can be easily found), and no floating trees. Waiting for the high green to download.

I have not completely checked for these things but I know that all dependencies are either in game or on DLS.
