Thumbnails in Driver list

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to change the small thumbnail pictures that appear just below the driver's picture? Recently, I downloaded a beautiful CN SD-40u, it's a super nice loco. However, when you're in Driver and you look at Adair's picture, the thumbnail is too large. Can I change it to just a standard SD40? I've checked the config file and there is no thumbnail item. Is it coming from the mesh file?

Have a look in the "art" folder of the Fowler 4F. It will give you a basic idea of how to set up the Driver icon, and the Railyard icon.
