This Tram?

Can anybody tell me about this tram?
All I know is that it runs in a large market area in Los Angeles, Ca.
There is no overhead catenary or cables. It must be battery powered.

I'd be willing to bet there is a small diesel generator under the floor. That's usually the case

Maybe its like the Flintstone car? If it were, it'd make like a 'Yabba Dabba Doo!' sound when in movement...
