My Eagle River Railway TS19 route crashing

Every single time I go to the area on the Eagle River Railway where the red circle is in that image or the lake at keane my game just crashes immediately without telling me why and there's no other spot where it's like that its only that spot in the circle, and my laptop runs fine with this route no signs of lagging at all with 60 FPS which is why I'm so confused why it crashes. And yes I've tried data base repair that didn't work.

There may be an asset in that area that is causing the crash. You may have to work through a process of elimination to determine what asset might be causing the crash. Disabling a handful of assets at a time to see if it improves will tell you that it is in the most recent group disabled, then you can step through those. Assets that also show up in other areas of the route are probably OK, so maybe something unique in that area.

is there an asset known for doing this?

Pretty weird, not heard of it before, is it the most recent update (probably a year old now at least).

On big routes I've had it where it crashes, and had to drive a session through the route almost as if to load it all in slowly, have you tried that?

As @Forester1 says, it's a corrupted asset that's causing this. He could try backing up the route to a cdp, if has been customized to be on the safe side and reinstall the content again. Once installed, he has to submit the open-for-edit assets to force replacements.

I've run into this kind of thing and it really is a pain in the rear to solve.

Does the route still crash when you go to Keane?

Close TRS19
Go back to Content Manager.
Enable the Status column if you haven't already.
Right-click on one of the columns and check the box next to Status.

The column will appear on the far right.
Click on the column and drag it where you want on to, on the column bar.

In the status column, you will see Installed, Modified, etc., with Disabled after it on the right.

With all your assets disabled, you can now go through the process of elimination to find out which one is causing the crash.

Highlight 10 or 20 assets.
Click on the Content menu and choose Enable.

Go back to your Eagle River Railway route and see if it crashes at Keane.
If it doesn't crash, then enable another 10 or 20 assets.
Try again.

Keep repeating this until it crashes.

Go back into Content Manager again, and disable the last 10 assets.
Try the route again.
Back in Content Manager, enable another asset.
Repeat.

Mr. Murphy, as in the famous Mr. Murphy who wrote the great law, has guaranteed the failure will be caused by the last asset you disable. ;-)

Take note of the asset, remove it and reinstall.

This is a long process.

and those are kuids for the tracks
They may be corrupted. You can download all the RTXT tracks from Jointed Rail under the free items. Get everything including the textures.

When you install the tracks, they are going to show open for edit. Submit them.

If there are any that are packaged, right-click on them and choose Revert to original because you can't submit packaged or built-in assets.
