As much as I like the G&W paint scheme, I prefer the P&W scheme. It will be sad to see it eventually go away. Maybe G&W will keep a heritage unit like they did on the MMID.

I agree. I'm sorry to see the red, white and black disappear form the New England scene. The P&W is a great company too and used to, or maybe they still do, run scenic rail fan trips on their system. They're located about 50-60 miles from where I live.
In general I would like the G&W to take over Pan Am That would really improve the rail scene around here, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
