Just curious, when you say WE, wherected exactly do you come in on the whole modeling process? I'm not trying to start anything but I'm genuinely curious to know.

I do all the research and gathering of info, drawings, dimensions, etc, need to make the models, my guys then do the building based on my info and look to me for guidance. Plus this is not a easy task since a lot of stuff takes a lot of hard digging thru the internet, books, and even talking one and one with guys from either museums or historical societies who have info on certain things.

Plus if you read on the last two release threads PWieser did on his two last releases, he clearly states that I supplied him with all the info he needed to make the Illinois Central MU's and Electroliner.

This is looking really cool living in the chicago area I have been here many times and will love to try it out when/if I get a chance is this set up for trainz a new era or 12? I run 12.

Thanks, glad to see more and more people are looking forward to this route as much as I am. Thanks for your compliment. Plus I hope this won't disappoint you but this route is being made to run in TANE so you may need to upgrade from TS12. Stay tuned because we are finishing some more stuff for the route so stay tuned for screenshots, plus don't forgot to check out our new Facebook page and don't forgot also to hit that LIKE and FOLLOW buttons to keep up with the updates both there and here.

One other note.
If you still have White Pine River on your computer I would recommend importing it into TANE and using the terrain to build a new route.
There are plenty of great assets on the DLS, so even if you can't make the route like you wanted originally, it can still be the basis of a pretty good route.
I did that with my Mission Trails terrain. It won't be what I originally envisioned, but it should be pretty nice if I get it finished.

Sadly I don't have my old fictional route anymore on my Mac or USBs drive, due to the fact I had to not save it for several reasons. One of the main reasons was that route got a lot of different routes for merger onto mine and I did a lot of modifications to them by adding in my own scenery, plus the route has some payware content featured in it making it no longer a chance for it to be released as a freeware route. Plus the overall size of the route got so big it was taking up a lot of space on my computer leaving me no choice but to delete it.

Hello everyone, Me, Scott and Ben have some stuff to show you.

right now we just need to figure out how to export it into trainz with the light animations that are coming from the light bulbs, here is a video that demonstrates what we are trying to achieve.

Scott has already done the animation in blender and was successful but when trying to export the model with animations into Trainz, he keeps getting this message below (Does anyone know what this means and is there a way to fix it)?

20:47:07 WARNING: no Trainz Bones shall be exported, animation export skipped

A little update to announce today, I would like to thank "Dericm" for making the IRM GTW Sanding Tower for the route, this will fit right into the route, many thanks goes to him for agreeing to make this for both his route and mine.
