The Canadian Thread - Hi-Res images

Thank goodness! I want so many loco's from K&L, I could probably get a bulk discount! The RDG T-1's, the CN E-10a's, the PRR Q1, the N&W A Class, and the G5! And that's just K&L!

The lakes in the mountains with that colour are beautiful. Nice Roy!

Rick, thank you ever so much for commissioning those wonderful engines! I look forward to seeing many screenshots with your latest baby in them. And Steve, thank you for doing such an incredible job of creating them. You truly do marvelous work!

I'm going to have to get some more old rolling stock I guess. Modern hoppers and such look a bit odd behind something puffing and smoking!

I rode behind the tractor on a wagon picking up bales for my uncle many times. It was hard work but I liked it. Funny thing, I went up to the lake today and there was one of those wagons parked near the highway with a for sale sign on it. I remember manure on the fields well. Don't see that much anymore. I didn't mind the cow manure smell but pigs was a whole other story. Phew! What a stink!

Cheers,
Jack

@Matt,

very nice shots my friend i see you enjoy the route!.
Rick and Jacky thanks for the nice post and yes it looks good for the for impressionz now i am in the process of clean up repair replace assets in TANE that need attention and lucky not to many!
TANE DOES handle big routes I can guarantee you as my routes now finally feel home in a good first release of TANE and awesome things ahead of us.
We need to be patient and give the crew time and support (and refrain from whining, hacking on them for no reason) to address things that need ironed, polished or simply fixed but when I flyover, run through, hop from one side to the other, it is smooth that is all I can say and the vista's finally show what my route since TRS2006 has as a must no 2D landscapes or 2-4 basemaps routes the full real thing.

back to work

Roy:wave:

Gotta love CP's different colors.... This time a DME/CP unit leads a train...

looks good guys right now my cnr project is on hold tane is putting up a fight and refuses to work if it was alive i would be holding a gun to its head forseing it to do as i order or chocking it

That darn Steve turned me into a K&L junkie! I HAD to have them all! I will also have to get every other loco he builds in the future!

You can say THAT again. :hehe: I have gotten pretty much every release (except the WP 4-6-0) since the NKP Berk in September. Who DOESN'T love K&L????? :D

As usual, GREAT pics everyone :).

Nice shot everyone, as always. Erik, may I ask you which harvesting or agricultural machinery is close to the cows, on their left (and maybe where I can find it )?
Thanks!

Erik,

good to see you back and thanks to all for the great shots and keep this thread alive and well.
i am to busy doing the make up fo the new TANEversion looking good but attention needed left and right and on my routes that means many many square miles to do some search and rescue(mainly textures and of course 3rd party old built versions).
Erik is this still in TS12 I assume?
Everyone else can you hint if you'rs in Tane or not to compare lighting settings etc on the go??
thanks

Roy

Chris and Erik, both of you guys are doing absolutely fantastic work! It's real nice to see stuff like what you guys are doing. Erik does indeed have a lot of items I haven't seen.

I was looking for a screenshot from Rick today featuring some of his new K&L heavy metal but he must be having too much fun driving them all over his route. Did you have to build a new roundhouse or two for those locomotives Rick?
Thanks for that info about the rolling stock at JR. I downloaded some of Michael's stuff - nice, and thank you Michael. There could be more steam running my route in the future.

Dragonharh, you sure made me laugh with that comment about Tane, holding a gun to its head or choking it. Hopefully you can get working on your route soon.

Things have been going slow on the prairie. Finally feels like summer so I've been getting outdoor stuff done around here.

Cheers,
Jack

Thanks for the kind comments Gentlemen :).

Rail4Pete: Unfortunately, I totally forgot where I found the "harvesting thing" (it is not on DLS), the only help I can give you is the name "WR_SaeMaschine" <kuid:413760:100327> made by author "ebpy" (a german guy), but mabye a search on http://www.trainzkuidindex.com/eng/Assets/search can help you find it.

Rick & Roy: I have not spend much time on Tane yet, but now that my boxed version soon arrive (with a hopefully relatively stable version ;)), it will be probably change that ;).
