Textures Build 116492 PBR V's Non PBR

I've been trying to clean up some of the distortion in Terrain along the track when driving or just moving past by changing to non PBR Textures along the trackside. But I've noticed these black lines now appearing where PBR and non PBR textures meet.
They are visible in both Surveyor and Driver.

I've changes a few textures to make the effect more visible by replacing some textures to show the effect.

What's the best to do
Is it a bug or should I replace all PBR textures on Route as they don't look that good in places where the terrain is steep and sloped ( Cuttings , Mountain areas etc )

I now use all PBR textures, but acknowledge the difficulties with using them particularly in cuttings. With cuttings, I now use Dangavels cliff splines to hide the wonky edges and movement as you pass them. Embankments are great for lowering the trackbed and avoiding the rolling edges. All developers have the same issues with PBR textures, though some are better at hiding them than others. PBR definitely requires obscuring the bad parts to get the most out of the good.

Cheers Graeme
