TANE not working

I just purchased the full version and first my mouse didn't work within the game at all. I contacted tech support but got no reply.I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and now the mouse works until I get to the select route window. Then the mouse is useless and nothing works. Its been days since I bought it and yet to do a thing with it. I am running 12 gigs or ram and 11 gigs on the video card.

But what is your video card - make and model? As for the "no reply" it is now the weekend where tech support is located.

Turn off mouse Trails if you have them on, should work then.
