TANE Install Fail

Been trying for the last several days to install TANE on my new computer to no avail. I've tried both the online and offline installers, running as administrators, all resulting in failure. I've used download managers for the offline version, but can't get it unzipped, and the online version crashes after downloading the data.

I've tried contacting N3V, but everything they've been telling me so far has failed as well.

What version of WinZip are you using?

You need the latest version, or at least use 7Zip -64 bit version to unzip the file. Even the built-in Windows Explorer can unzip the file - right click and choose extract.

Using an outdated version of WinZip can actually corrupt the data inside the archive because it does not handle the large-size of the contents.

In the event that this is a 64-bit version, then there's a possibility that your download is corrupt and we and N3V recommend using a download manager.

I've tried just using windows explorer to extract, but I get the same error message. And I've been using a download manager.
