TANE and Signals re Interlocking

Is there a blog or wiki on the new signal interlocking feature? Is it a new feature? I used to be able to program JR's signals but that seems to have gone away. I know JR is waiting for updates and I'm OK with that but is there a similar way within TANE to preset signaling? Does that make sense?

The interlocking tower hasn't been released yet. Although I'd like to see some firmer documentation on this (besides the stuff I saw as a TEG member, which was pretty general, and that was almost a year and a half ago) then we'll probably just have to wait and see.
