Winter is commin' ... weather you like it or not !

Well I work outside all the time, getting buggies out of the parking lot and taking them inside. I not sweated as much as I did today in a long time. Often people leave those motorized scooters that handicapped people use out in the sun, and I have to bring them in. Talk about a 'hot seat'! Also, I get paid to bring buggies in!

Do they call you the "buggy man"?

I accept it and snow it to be true
Nice Pics! MUCHO Thanks for sharing those!

Winter may be coming Cascader, but the ole gal still has a few hot days to throw our way before the leaves begin fallin'. Still, I'm already feeling the crimp to my yard work from the diminishing daylight hours. T'was but a month agone I could rely on enough light to work outside past 21:00 hrs (9pm for you land lubbers) and now it's already dimming fast come 19:30 hrs EDST.

Still, playing tour guide this weekend for out of towners--the weather couldn't have been better! Not too hot, not too humid, nice balmy breeze. Goldilocks would have found it just right!

A tip for anyone heading to Boston for a trip. I've been up here since '78 and never took the Duck Tour Boats until today, and I'm kicking myself. Start your touring with it if hitting the downtown, then do the other stuff. It goes about an hour and half and is worth double what they charge. // Frugal Frank

Is this the ultimate zombie thread? It's been back from the dead 3 times...
I have no idea. Was just responding to new posts... and here I wath! // F
Speaking of zombies, my dad was concerned if he could wait until October when The Walking Dead returns. Bring on the apocalypse!
That's what I need to do! I haven't played Left for Dead for ages! However, If want a good triplet (so far) series about a Zombie apocalypse get John Ringo's 'Under a Graveyard Sky' and go from there.

(What was this thread supposed to be about...? OOopsie!) // Frank

Speaking of threads coming back from the dead, looks like cascaderailroad is responsible each time for that.

Shane

Would you rather have had him start a new thread?

I think he should be commended for remembering a weather related thread to add his new weather related pictures to.
