Look at the date. 2014 Those are just old style cluster objects. They were made like billboard trees but only appeared a short distance in front of the train as it went down the track. If you drove in cab mode then they kind of looked OK but otherwise the effect was very bad from the follow camera view.

The Grazzy grass objects also render pretty badly now and look like sheets of cardboard with grass painted on them. They were also a bit heavy on the system due to the polygons crisscrossing. This issue plagues other similar assets, and it isn't just these assets that cause that problem.

God I hope so, more reason for you to try and sue N3V or blame them for deleting files off your computer again

I don't remember deciding to sue N3V. $2000 air fares, USA and Aussie legal fees make that a task for the idle rich. $$$$$ I might kickin $50 for a class-action. By the time they liquidate debts and assets you could breakeven.
