T:ANE (in development) screenshots...

Since being attack on the USA pics due to somewhat strange unpopular presence I have had there recently... Im now going to post all Tane shots here.... where they are appreciated...

Agreed, Wearsprada's screenshot is impressive and sadly routes of this nature are very costly to enjoy or most never released thus I can only admire from a far.......

Billboard trees used on that screenshots are not costly at all. They are available on DLS (named "t15 S ")

Was not referencing the Billboard Trees.......... Billboard Trees with shadows mix like oil and water when referenced in shots from a different angle.........

The Cab for the C&O 2-8-4 Is AMAZING. I love it and its incredibility detailed! :D

Just check them. May be you haven't seen how proper normal mapping for that kind of trees work in TANE. Different angel shown here = http://forums.auran.com/trainz/content.php?121-TANE-Let-A-New-Era-of-Content-Creation-BEGIN (first two screens)

Very Familiar With Normal Mapping there bud.............. Thanks for your insight, but I am back to TS12 until I can afford a 980ti or r390x video card which I can honestly say will never happen.......
A few bells and whistles are not worth the back end hassle of T:ANE and sorry I am a SpeedTree Fan...

Billboard were fine until hardware surpassed the need for Billboard Vegetation, but what is lacking is a solid program to use them in and optimized without change the SpeedTree Asset look from the design software.....
I have asked repeatly for this and T:ANE disappoints for the very last time.............

I would like to extend my applause to your abilities as your screenshots amaze, but unfortunately not of North American driven and only that of which I enjoy route/session wise.........

T:ANE at its best i think and my speedtrees feel very happy in any season

Well as you can see early this morning i fool myself making winter frosty looking scene's to cool off although this week we have monsoon rains so not to bad.

What is so nice about my speedtrees V6 is when having a gentle breeze waving the trees makes the 3D looking snow patches even more real.

Hi Matt,

thanks for the nice post it gives the needed energy to continue improving and updating over 400 assets to make them work in a first T:ANE version and in a 2nd sweep replace the really old one's with newer or update them more detailed if possible.I think i have 80 or more % done and it looks awesome but the last 10% or less can be tougher than all the work done before.
This morning i noticed some nice side effects on my "3d" textures used in TS12 they in certain cases have a shadow like effect making them with the bumpmap effect in T:ANE even look more pronounced just fooling the eye. If i see one i will post what i mean.

With every engine i transfer onto TANE is starting to make the game even more fun to use. :D
