System cache?

Which is a better choice for "memory usage", "Program" or "System cache" with Trainz?
Specifically in XP sp3 Control Panel --> System Properties --> Advanced --> Performance --> Advanced --> Memory Usage -- "Program" or "System Cache".
I have tried both with TS2009 Tidewater Point and I don't think I see a difference.

OK, got it. I figured that was the case but in tests I ran, I saw no difference. For the time being I am leaving "Memory Usage" set to "System Cache" just to see if there is a problem with it. If so, I will change it back to "Programs".
