Showing the Errors: down below
Does anyone know how to fix this?

The file appears open for edit.

Right-click on that and choose Revert to original because it's built-in.

Yellow icons with the PC in them are built-in.

Yeah, the asset is really old, and the fix is really complicated - far more complex to do than you think or are experienced to try. I'm not saying that you can't do it. It's got a lot of steps, involves opening folders in Windows, installing another program, and editing the config.txt file in multiple places.

My recommendation is exactly yours. There are plenty of better models out there on the DLS.

You may want to run a database repair to clean up. Sometimes doing that will make errors such as the ones you saw with something that's built-in to disappear.

In Content Manager, click File then click on Quick Database Repair...

The process will run for a few minutes or longer, depending upon how much content you have installed.

Now, I know you've made more than a few posts here and obviously have the program, but you should be registered. If you installed TS12 from Steam, contact the helpdesk and they will make sure your accounts are connected. There's an issue with Steam not always contacting the N3V servers properly when programs are installed. If you are using a new username and were once registered here before, the helpdesk can help you with that too.

Thanks

Thank you, I will do a data base repair, I have TS Registered on Steam and MyTrainz on a different account. This is my personal account but all of my Trainz Editions are on a different account. I have other SW7's but Since I wanted to get all of the base content from UTC ish fixed. Thank you - HR

Okay, that makes sense on both.

UTC stuff is hit or miss and is about 22 years old now.
