Surveyor lag

Hi.
I just bought Trainz Complete Collection, and i have a problem with Surveyor.
The Trainz works fine, but Surveyor is getting 1 fps and it lag like a hell.
Trainz gets over 60fps...
I have update my graphics card and the game to version 2.6
Somebody can help me?

Your English is a lot better than some people's on here.

As for the problem, I get this sometimes. Try restarting the computer.
