Surveyor 2.0 missing from menu - what happened?

Updated my credit-card information and now Surveyor 2.0 is missing... FCT w/ 200+ days and Trainsplus both active in my account... any insight?

That has not been my experience. In the past I have submitted helpdesk tickets that had no appropriate category and they have always got back to me. Over the Easter weekend things may be a bit slower.

You don't mention which build you have but it sounds like you've patched using TRS22 and not Trainz Plus.
Your solution depends on which build you have. It there is a Trainz Plus patch option, use that, otherwise reinstall from MyTrainz and patch up using Trainz Plus stream.
