Surveyor 2.0 in TRS22 Plus, select and move track splines and trackside objects?

In Surveyor 2.0 in TRS22 Plus, is it possible to select and move track splines and trackside objects? In my case, I'm creating a station that has 8 tracks and four platforms on two levels. I created the tracks and trackside objects for second level next to those for first level. I want to select and move track splines and trackside objects for second level so that they are over first level.

Regardless of the version, the best method is to place the top-level assets in one layer and lock it or hide it, so these assets aren't affected when placing and manipulating the assets on the lower level.
