Superscript

Hey all,

I have put a couple of loco's into a route I'm putting together and I'm getting a box come up with subscript on it and reads "AJS superscript code Library" then "NSR class B 2-4-0T coupler l front l none - no action defined" it goes on to list several other items all reading basically the same format ("NSR class B 2-4-0T ??????(heater, RCH, etc) l ????(front/rear) l none - no action defined")..... I have select the specific loco and pressed ? and it came up with some info - some of which I have tried changing (giving it a number as an example) but this doesn't seem to have worked.

Any thoughts????

TIA

P

Thanks for your responce Chris,
The kuid is 387744:100111 (NSR (North Stafford Railway) class B 2-4-0T) by knucklesnvector please note that there are a number of component listed separately on the DLS with similar numbers starting at 108 (last three digits)

Thanks

The screens that you are seeing are debug screens for use by content creators. What has probably happened is that someone has uploaded their asset and forgottent to turn debug off. Ideally the author should fix this but all that is required is a simple edit.

To do this you will need to find the asset and open its config.txt file.

Look for these lines:

extensions {
debug-122285 1

}

Change them to

extensions {
debug-122285 0

}

and recommit the asset.

Ok, after downloading the asset from the Content Manager, I created a one square route with a circular track, placed the engine on it, and it pops up a window 'AJS Superscript' and put a button on the top RH side saying 'Superscript'. The Loco seems to run fine without doing anything, just hit the '-' button on the popup. If you want to use the Superscript you can find a complete DLS Download link, A FAQ, and the Superscript Manual here;

http://www.ajsmith.x10.mx/trs/misc03.shtml

You will need to download the Superscript Library and read and learn how to use it. I can give you no advice on that, but the author has complete instructions at the web page. It looks very comprehensive and the author claims no programming experience required, so just read it all and follow the instructions and you should be fine.

Hope this helps.
