Subways, Underground, Tram or anything else Urban shots!

@Hert: the K5000 can be found on http://www.trsbingen-nahverkehr.de. It requires registration, and you may need Google Translate if you don't "spreche Deutsche"

@JJDella: its complicated, it's Engfer's road kit. It comprises of road markings, asphalt splines, sidewalks, and traffic island splines. The parallel parking strip can be found at http://trainz.jedisoft.cz/. It requires registration, and you may need Google Translate if you don't speak any Czechoslovakian(did I spell that properly?). It includes other road markings and the red asphalt spline that you see next to the road between the parking and the pedestrian pavement.

Here's all of the stock that ran/run on the Rhine-Ruhr Stadtbahn.

Siemens Duewag B-wagen

I really feel the need to question this, as it really bugs me that you are using a single ended (a real single ended tram, with the doors only on one side - single ended Stadtbahn B have doors on both sides (so they can be run back-to-back)) tram from the Modula City addon, albeit reskinned. Also, the Stdtbhn-Bs are high floor anyway, with retractable steps for the low platforms, like the K-5000 (why is that one missing it's bogies anyway?). I know that your automatic answer is going to be "i couldn't find any on the various websites" , i'm sure that you could just wait, or make one yourself, someone would eventually make one.

Of course, I couldn't find a prototypical B-wagen. I apologize that it bugs you and I'm sorry you really felt the need to question my improvision. I deal with route building. I've already tried gMAX/Blender creation, but I found it complicated, and felt less productive than working within surveyor.

When I downloaded it, the bogies were marked as a missing dependency. I spent the past two days looking for it, seeing if someone else had the same issue as I, and to no avail. I just decided to use other bogeys and refit as needed.

I find that waiting doesn't get you anywhere, and I decided to be creative, and improvise on the issue. I don't care to request anything built at the moment. I just figured I could reskin the GT6 tram found built in. Sorry that its not prototypical enough for you. If you want to, you can create a B-wagen for me if you like. But then again, you probably wouldn't want to anyways.

Cheers

Hello Everyone,

Due that I had to shell out a few bucks to buy a new desktop I have suspend all traction contents. Nothing is being done at this time. When the new PC arrives next week I will once again fix the errors and finish the traction project which totals over 200+ items ... quite large load, indeed!!

Thanks for reading!!:)

Big City, Little Railroad II

Here are a few shots from a route I'm working on right now -- a small carfloat-served terminal railroad in Brooklyn, circa 1960.

An overview shot:

25th Street Terminal

Here are a few more shots from my 25th Street/South Brooklyn Terminal route. I just uploaded it, so hopefully it'll be on the DLS in a few days.

Hallo PJAMA,

nice shots you got there. I also like city routes. Years ago I attempt to make an fictional ground level and a elevated street car route, but eventually I gave it up.
Thank you for using my Milwaukee Road Olympian Hiawatha Cars :-)

Finally I want to ask a question. Are you sure you want to continue using the trees like at one of your screens? There are better looking trees available now. If not the Speed Trees of TS2010, so just the whole set of JVC or other creators. Just a little recommendation :-)

Have a nice time on making the route.

:)

Good evening ladies and gents.

A year after the catastrophic hard drive faliure that destroyed all my work on my Great Eastern Main Line style route, I've got back into Trainz and I'm working on something a little quicker and easier, a route(s) based on London's various 'Sub-surface' lines, to give Andi06's excellent D stock somewhere to run. :)

Hi Jshaw, very nice pics there. Would I guess that is Bow Road station by chance? Looks exactly like it if it is :).

I hope you don't mind me asking but could you tell me where you got those iron girders in the 1st pic? possibly a kuid if on the DLS?

Thanks in advance.
