I'm the kid here in the room. I'll be 65 this year. I've never thought of myself as being old until I faced some health issues that have slapped me around and now I don't have the bounce back I once had before.

This is what makes Trainz very much like a model railroad. A route may appear finished, however much like a model railroad we can always find something to tweak and fiddle with.

The main problem with uploading a route is making darn sure you don't have any assets that are; A) Payware B) Not on the DLS C) Something you got from a third party site and for the life of you don't remember where. There's an almost certainly that there will be missing assets.

I have 8 packaged assets on my route and 11 on the session. I have not downloaded any routes since I started this. Why do I have these. This PACKAGED shit has me looking to not share the route and session.

I think we all need to learn that ONE.... properly will never happen..... there is always something that needs changing....

Not just Changing per se... It's just that there's always something you want to ADD to make the route even better.

Not just the route, but sometimes a change of consist also helps to make it look better.

One thing I do before running a session is to make sure that all points are in the default position for the main line and not set to diverge into spurs and sidetrack. Just a thought.

Yes, I try to do that also. It helps all the trains run their routes.
