i downloaded the Amtrak p32 phase 3 from jointed rail and it says it has strobe lights. HOW TU TURN ON

If I recall correctly the strobes start and stop
automatically with speed. They seem to start
at speeds over 10mph and stop when the loco
stops they will stop flashing.
Experiment with it and I think you'll find they
work fine.
There does not seem to be a "Switch" to control
them seperately.

Try clicking on the ? button in the rolling stock menu then click on the loco it'll bring up the loco minu with tones of options.
