I'm wanting to be polite here, so I'm going to type in Times New Roman to re-assure everyone here that I am being polite and there is no need to remove this comment. I'm being very merry...
Yes, how we all the love Strasburg, the almighty Strasburg.
What would we all be without Strasburg?
We know you like Strasburg, Strasburg is such a lovely place isn't it?
Now that we have rambled about Strasburg in three different threads, why don't we all sit down with a cup of coffee and discuss Amtrak's current budget for awhile. That always makes for an interesting conversation doesn't it? Or perhaps we could talk about Nick the Steam Engine or why Virtual Beech Grove disbanded, those are always enlightening topics that are bound to bless everyone's day aren't they? Perhaps we can further ponder the question of when VMD will return to making payware. Then after we have all finished our coffee and gotten "riled up" over Amtrak's budget and it's edge of seat excitement, we can pour some drinks and share some laughs about "Lampost Linda" or last night's episode of Frasier...
Then we can all go to sleep and tomorrow we can sit down and discuss the online multi-player impossibilty for Trainz! Yay!

Amtrak needs to exterminate the filthy cars with mice & rats running about, clean the bathrooms, and make more service. There is only 1 train, to and from Pittsburgh-Phila per day, and it is at an ungodly, unergonomic hour of the day, and is not useful to commuters at all due to the time of day it leaves/arrives.
Amtrak fails on most the part. Just like Septa...making all the playful motions of running a transportation system, although it loses tons of money on all routes...with a empty bus with 2 passengers on it...or a packed jammed train full of smelly 3rd class customers, that have to make pre-planned ticket purchases 10 days before hand to get a seat reserved...what a waste of energy and money.
Transportation in the US is a joke...nothing like Europe and he rest of the world...where a working efficient system has many trains per day. Look at China & Japan's hundereds of trains daily ! What does the US have...maybe 12 long distance trains ?

since we are talking about this, let's bring up when PRR K4 1361 will be finished and steaming around horseshoe curve

I have locked this thread, as it has gone way off topic. Although the OP has been known to post excessive threads, this post is a legitimate post, with a legitimate question.
I would also suggest that some members look back on their early posts (or chat conversations, depending on where you started off first). The majority of users did require some coaching, in terms of how to make the best use of the forums. Many new users will also be in the same situation, and we ask that people treat them as they would want to be treated.
If you feel that a thread is not suitable, or is breaking the COC, then please report it to us. We will then look into it, and if needed take further action, or speak with the original poster.
