Stone block quarry

What would the best way to do this be? I thought it would be cool to put a stone block quarry on my route, but I can't figure out how to do it. I was thinking I'd place a dighole then kitbash the rest with splines, are there any that would work well for this? I want to make something like this:

You mean something like this? I used splines as TANE does strange things to the shadows if you try to carve it out, just uploaded the spline actually if its any use to you, easy enough to reskin if you want, uploading is fine. Should appear around tomorrow I think.

Yeah, that fits almost exactly. I'll need to change the stone from slate to granite but otherwise it's perfect.
