Still trying to recover a purchased loco

I have asked about this a number of times. One of the Southern heritage series that I purchased shortly after getting into Trainz was pulled back for a missing dependency. Not too long ago Justin Cornell replied by telling me what the item was. It was a "silver hiAd truck and it was in the kit. I tried contacting CM but no response. It is still listed on the DS as missing a dependency. Who or what do I need to do to correct this matter.? Deisan

Can you list the Kuid number? That may help us search out the missing dependency.

you need to install the package that loco came in, the truck comes with it.

I believe the Kuid is as follows KUID2:45324:50208:1. At least that was the one I posted before when Justin came back to me with the name of the part. Don

These locos came in the heritage package. I tried all of them at the time and they all worked fine. A week or so later after not doing any running just working on the route I noticed just the one Loco was listed in red on my car/loco asset list. I was not sure what I should do so I looked up the item on the DS and it also was showing red. Someone at the time which was 6 or 8 months ago replied to my question about the item, told me I was missing a dependency. Being a new guy on the block I waited to see what would happen next. Don

you mean CMP is where you looked it up. I responded to you telling you what it was but it was not 6 months ago. The 'missing' item you have described was included with the engines, there is no other location to get them. you must install the package again if it has somehow disappeared.

Sorry for the slow reply. We are iced in and without heat and this is Dallas Tx. First the six month reference was about me doing nothing about the engine hoping the DS was fixing the problem. I did try to reinstall the Interstate loco from the download file of all the locos several days ago. It looked O.K. but today it is again listed in red on my asset list. Without electricity we have been staying at our daughters for three days so I don't know when it changed back to red. Don Eisan

G'day, if it is showing RED it means that something is faulty, if there was a missing asset it would show YELLOW. If you find the faulty asset it can be fixed (generally only a minor fix) and all will be well. Post your findings for further help.
