How many weeks/months is this. I get file download errors when I try to download the assets that I bought prior to SP1. They downloaded OK before SP1 but I am unable to get an error free download after SP1. I have downloaded many other suppliers files with out trouble so it is not my system; but Auran seems incapable of providing a download service. Is handshaking and error correction not built in? I did contact the Helpdesk a month ago but they have not replied yet.

What exactly are you trying to download? Have you registered the serial numbers on the web page?

Have you tried turning off the concurrent downloads option in the in-game settings?

@ John I have reg all the assets bought. The current one I am downloading is route railssimcouk 01 snc P1 57417

funny thing I get a window with Success All purchased content should now be available for use. Before the downloads even start. But checking for this in CM I can see that not all are actually downloaded.

I contacted HelpDesk about these corrupt auto download problems a month or so ago. Apart from the advice to download one at a time I have not received any helpful info. which means HelpDesk does not have a solution yet. Hopefully, they are working on the problem.

My advice would be to save them in a CDP in TS2010 and install them separately in TS12.

If it helps I had a similar problem and cancelling them all but one at a time seemed to work.
